Comrade Zhang Guoshun has been awarded the honorary title of “Outstanding Party Member in Non-Public Economic Organizations of Zhuzhou City.”

　　Recently, to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Zhuzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce held a “July 1st” commendation conference. Comrade Zhang Guoshun, Chairman and General Manager of our company, was awarded the honorary title of “Outstanding Communist Party Member in Zhuzhou’s Non-Public Economic Organizations” and received the award at the conference.

　　Comrade Zhang Guoshun, as the Party branch secretary of Kingtal Cemented Carbide, has guided Party members in production work to strive for excellence and take the lead in key tasks such as technological innovation, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and safe production. He has organized thematic practical activities like “Party Member Pioneer Posts” and “Party Member Responsibility Zones,” continuously enhancing the sense of responsibility and mission among Party members and all employees. He has also extensively integrated resources from various sectors, improved the support system, and leveraged the exemplary and leading role of advanced models in promoting standardized development. During holidays and festivals, he leads Party members from his branch to visit and offer care and condolences to Party members, employees facing difficulties, and veteran employees. Comrade Zhang actively links enterprise development with social contribution, having helped 72 unemployed young people (including veterans and farmers who have lost their land) find employment and assisted 32 laid-off workers in finding new jobs. Since 2012, he has established the “Kingtal Loving-Kindness Scholarship Fund” at Hunan University of Technology, providing annual financial assistance to eight students from impoverished families who excel both academically and morally, helping them successfully complete their university studies.
