Job Description:
1. Under the guidance of the Minister of Foreign Trade, be responsible for developing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and achieving various sales targets.
2. Collect and compile information and data, analyze market trends, select appropriate sales markets, and develop import and export business.
3. Responsible for negotiating foreign trade orders and signing contracts.
4. Actively engage in marketing and develop new customers. Regularly follow up on samples sent to new overseas customers and promptly address any requests they may have.
5. Responsible for managing foreign trade business processes and controlling risks.
6. Maintain effective communication with overseas customers to ensure their satisfaction. Promptly collect information on complaints from overseas customers and on non-conforming products; organize, analyze, summarize, and categorize this information before forwarding it to the Production Department for handling. Also, promptly provide customers with feedback on the outcomes of the actions taken.
