Celebrating the Strivers, Journeying to the “Jiangnan of the Borderlands” | The Company’s Outstanding Employees’ Cultural Study Tour to Ningxia’s “Sai Shang” Region Concludes Successfully

To recognize outstanding role models, honor those who strive through hard work, strengthen team cohesion, and showcase the company’s culture of talent leadership and co‑creation and shared value, on June 10, 2026, the company organized a six‑day cultural study tour to Ningxia for its top-performing employees—those who have recently been awarded honors such as “Science and Technology Star,” “Marketing Star,” “Kingtal Craftsman,” and “Management Star” (the first cohort of 2026).

 

Ningxia, long celebrated as the “Jiangnan of the Borderlands,” seamlessly blends the rugged grandeur of Northwest China with the delicate beauty of the Jiangnan region. This six-day tailor-made itinerary was both rich and tightly packed, allowing the group to explore many of Ningxia’s iconic attractions. They ventured deep into the Qingtongxia Yellow River Grand Canyon, taking a boat ride through the ten-mile-long gorge, gazing at the crisscrossing mountains and rivers while closely observing the mighty Yellow River. They also paid homage to the millennium-old Western Xia pagoda complex—the “One Hundred and Eight Pagodas”—where the ancient towers stand gracefully along the mountainside, their silhouettes beautifully mirrored in the river’s waters. At Shapotou in Zhongwei, at the meeting point of the Yellow River and the desert, they enjoyed rafting on sheepskin rafts, rode camels, and embarked on an off-road adventure across five lakes, savoring the awe-inspiring spectacle of “a lone plume of smoke rising straight from the vast desert, and a round sunset over the long river.” Next, they visited the Town North Fort Western Film Studio, stepping into the very locations that served as settings for films like “A Chinese Odyssey” and “Red Sorghum,” and soaking up the vintage charm and martial‑arts spirit of these ancient northwestern fortresses. Finally, they made their way to the Helan Mountain Rock Art site, where, before millennia‑old carvings, they felt the palpable weight of history. As they walked, they marveled at the sights, learned along the way, and reflected deeply—fostering a growing sense of camaraderie and shared understanding in an atmosphere of ease and joy.
