The company organized a symposium for college students in 2017.

　　On the afternoon of July 28, the 2017 college student symposium organized by the company was held in the multi-purpose hall of the Jinggangshan Conference Center in Jiangxi Province. Thirty undergraduate and graduate students who had joined the company within the past three years attended the meeting. Also present were senior leaders including General Manager Zhang, General Manager Zhou, General Manager Wu, and the university student mentors.

　　At the meeting, General Manager Zhang introduced the company’s development journey, organizational structure, and five-year strategic plan. General Manager Zhou provided an overview of the overall business performance and development plans for the company’s four major business segments. General Manager Wu presented a comprehensive overview of the company’s R&D division and highlighted key R&D priorities. The company’s leadership expressed their keen attention and care for college students, as well as their strong emphasis on talent development and high expectations for the younger generation.

　　The symposium proceeded in a pleasant atmosphere. Liu Jingzhong, Wei Qingquan, and Chen Dangui—outstanding former university students representing the company—delivered keynote speeches, sharing their experiences and insights from both their personal journeys and professional careers. Thirty current and former university students from various majors took turns speaking, each sharing their thoughts and reflections based on their own growth experiences and work insights. During the symposium, company leaders and university student mentors present attentively listened to the speakers, patiently addressing their questions on the spot and carefully noting down any valuable suggestions they offered.

　　This symposium reflects the company’s high regard for its talent development strategy and its care for college students. As the company undergoes transformation and upgrading, it urgently needs to bring in a large influx of fresh talent. Through this symposium, college students have gained a deeper understanding of the company. We hope that all these young talents will fully leverage the platform provided by the company to showcase their abilities and achieve a win-win situation—both personal growth and company development.
