After attending the “Government-Enterprise Breakfast Meeting,” the government’s efforts to help and resolve difficulties for the company have entered the fast track.

　　On March 12, Zhang Guoshun, Chairman of the company, had breakfast together with Chen Huiqing, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor. During this “breakfast meeting,” Chairman Zhang earnestly requested support and assistance on three key issues: attracting high-end talent, policies regarding school enrollment for their children and income tax refunds, accelerating the company’s land acquisition process, and maintaining the road in front of the company as well as the construction project on the adjacent 989 plot of land.

Immediately after the meeting was held, the relevant departments took action. On the morning of March 22, nearly 10 representatives from the Zhuzhou Science and Technology Bureau, the Zhuzhou Hardmetal Industry Chain, and relevant functional departments of the Hetang District Government of Zhuzhou City convened a “field office meeting” at the company’s site to discuss on-site solutions, finalize the responsibility matrix, and establish a dedicated task force.

On the afternoon of March 22, a delegation of nearly 15 officials—including Xu Dawei, Deputy District Mayor of Tianyuan District in Zhuzhou City, representatives from the Tianyuan District Bureau of Industry, the District Talent Office, Gaoketech Group, the District Urban Management Bureau, the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and the District Bureau of Natural Resources—held an on-site working meeting at the company’s premises. At the meeting, District Mayor Xu stated that he would urge the relevant functional departments to strengthen construction supervision and ensure compliance with the company’s clean production requirements. Regarding the Songhe plot, preparations for listing it for sale will be accelerated, and the entire listing process is expected to be completed within two months.

It’s been one month since the company participated in the “Government-Enterprise Breakfast Meeting,” and the three issues raised by the company are gradually being addressed effectively. Thanks to this new form of office interaction—the “Government-Enterprise Breakfast Meeting”—the company has successfully tackled some of the challenging problems it faced in pursuing high-quality development, and Zhuzhou City’s business environment is steadily improving.
