Following participation in the “Government–Enterprise Breakfast Meeting,” the government has accelerated its efforts to provide relief and resolve challenges for the company.

　　On March 12, the company’s Chairman, Zhang Guoshun, had breakfast with Chen Huiqing, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor. During this “breakfast meeting,” Chairman Zhang earnestly sought support to address three key issues: attracting high‑end talent, including policies related to their children’s schooling and income‑tax rebates; accelerating the company’s land‑acquisition process; and ensuring proper maintenance of the road in front of the company as well as the construction project on the adjacent Plot 989.

Following the convening of the meeting, the relevant departments sprang into action. On the morning of March 22, nearly ten officials from the Zhuzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Zhuzhou Hard Alloy Industry Chain, and the Hetang District Government of Zhuzhou held an on-site working meeting at the company, where they discussed solutions, finalized a list of responsibilities, and established a dedicated task force.

On the afternoon of March 22, a delegation of nearly 15 officials—including Xu Dawei, Deputy District Mayor of Tianyuan District in Zhuzhou City, along with representatives from the Tianyuan District Bureau of Industry, the District Talent Office, Gaoke Group, the District Urban Management Bureau, the District Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau, and the District Natural Resources Bureau—held an on-site working meeting at the company. During the meeting, District Mayor Xu stated that he would urge the relevant functional departments to strengthen construction oversight and ensure compliance with the company’s clean‑production requirements. With regard to the Songhe plot, preparations for its public listing will be accelerated, and the entire listing process is expected to be completed within two months.

It has been one month since the company attended the “Government–Enterprise Breakfast Meeting,” and the three issues it raised are now being steadily and effectively addressed. Thanks to this innovative format of government–enterprise dialogue, the company has resolved challenging obstacles in its pursuit of high-quality development, and Zhuzhou’s business environment continues to improve.
