Wu Lingyun, Secretary of the Tianyuan District Committee, came to the company for a research visit.

At 5:00 p.m. on August 7, Wu Lingyun, Secretary of the Tianyuan District Party Committee, visited the company to conduct a research tour focusing on epidemic prevention and control as well as production and operations. Zhou Qi, Director of the District Bureau of Industry; Pan Wenmin, Chief of the Comprehensive Division of the District Bureau of Industry; and Yuan Sirei, a cadre from the Operation Monitoring Division of the District Bureau of Industry, also participated in the visit. Company leaders Zhang Guoshun, Chairman of the Board, and Hu Shanxue, Deputy General Manager, accompanied Secretary Wu during the tour.
Wu Lingyun first learned about the implementation of the company’s relevant epidemic prevention measures, carefully examining procedures such as temperature checks, on-site verification of “double codes,” mask-wearing, registration of information for visitors, and environmental disinfection. He also reviewed measures like staggered meal times in the canteen and organizing employees to undergo nucleic acid testing. Wu Lingyun expressed his approval of these efforts and urged the company to strictly and规范ly implement the epidemic prevention procedures to ensure both the safety of production and operations and the safety of employees’ lives.

Next, Wu Lingyun visited the company’s exhibition hall, listening and observing carefully. After gaining a thorough understanding of the company’s development journey, product lines, R&D technologies, and market expansion efforts, he highly praised the company’s remarkable achievements over the past 15 years of leapfrog development. He encouraged the company to further strengthen innovation in specialized niche markets and continuously grow stronger and bigger.


Finally, during the symposium, we listened to the company’s briefing on its IPO process, production and operations, and other relevant matters. We also provided on-site supervision to ensure that the district’s relevant functional departments coordinate and resolve the key issues raised by the company regarding its planned IPO process.

During the research, Wu Lingyun emphasized the importance of ensuring that epidemic prevention and control measures are strictly enforced while simultaneously promoting production and economic development—achieving both goals without compromising either. Enterprises are the main drivers of high-quality economic development. We hope that the company will step up its efforts in technological R&D, continuously enhance its capacity for sustainable growth, leverage the leading role of its strengths, and spearhead the high-quality development of Zhuzhou’s advanced hard-materials industry. The relevant functional departments of the district will actively optimize the allocation of resources and factors to create favorable conditions for the company’s development.
