At 5:00 p.m. on August 7, Wu Lingyun, Secretary of the Tianyuan District Party Committee, visited the company to conduct a field inspection of epidemic prevention and control measures as well as production and operations. Zhou Qi, Director of the District Industrial Bureau; Pan Wenmin, Chief of the Comprehensive Division of the District Industrial Bureau; and Yuan Sirui, an official from the Operations Monitoring Division of the District Industrial Bureau, also attended the visit. Company leaders—Chairman Zhang Guoshun and Vice General Manager Hu Shanxue—accompanied the delegation.
Wu Lingyun first reviewed the implementation of the company’s epidemic‑prevention measures, carefully inspecting procedures such as temperature screening, on‑site verification of the “double codes,” mask‑wearing, registration of visitors, and environmental disinfection. He also examined initiatives like staggered meal times in the canteen and organizing employees to undergo nucleic acid testing. Wu Lingyun commended these efforts and urged the company to rigorously and规范ly adhere to all epidemic‑prevention protocols, ensuring both operational safety and the health and well‑being of its workforce.

Next, Wu Lingyun visited the company’s exhibition hall, listening and observing. After gaining a thorough understanding of the company’s development journey, product portfolio, R&D capabilities, and market expansion efforts, he highly commended the achievements it has attained over the past 15 years of rapid, leapfrog growth, and encouraged the company to strengthen innovation in specialized niche markets, continuously scaling up and enhancing its competitive edge.


Finally, at the symposium, the company’s reports on its IPO process and production and operations were heard, and relevant district-level departments were instructed on-site to coordinate and resolve the key issues raised by the company in connection with its planned listing.

During the field visit, Wu Lingyun emphasized the need to ensure that epidemic prevention and control measures are rigorously implemented while simultaneously fostering production and economic development—achieving both without compromising either. Enterprises are the key drivers of high-quality economic growth. He expressed hope that the company would strengthen its R&D efforts, continuously enhance its capacity for sustainable growth, leverage its strengths to play a leading role, and spearhead the high‑quality development of Zhuzhou’s advanced hard‑material industry. Relevant functional departments in the district will proactively optimize the allocation of resources and factors of production, creating favorable conditions for the company’s continued expansion.
