　　On July 21, 2021, Comrade Wu Jianguo from the company was awarded the honorary title of “Fourth-Level Talent in China Dynamics Valley” by Zhuzhou High-tech Zone. This is another prestigious honor for the company’s talent, following Chairman Zhang Guoshun’s recognition as a “Fifth-Level Talent in China Dynamics Valley” by Zhuzhou High-tech Zone in 2018.

　　Wu Jianguo, rotating general manager, director of the provincial enterprise technology center, and the company’s leading figure in R&D and technology. He has been engaged in cemented carbide research for 23 years. Under his leadership, the company has developed key products including crankshaft milling cutters, peeling turning tools, high-end composite inserts, and high-performance cemented carbide cutting picks. His research findings have been successfully commercialized, generating cumulative sales revenue exceeding 1 billion yuan. He has received the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from Zhuzhou City, the Second Prize for Outstanding Academic Papers in Natural Sciences from Zhuzhou City, and the First Prize for “Revitalizing Enterprises through Science and Technology.” He holds 9 nationally authorized patents and has published 3 papers in national-level professional journals.
