Statement on Conflict Minerals

　　Zhuzhou Kingtal Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the principle of global responsibility as our company’s goal, practicing ethical procurement and promoting the sustainable development of the industrial chain. The raw materials we procure, which contain 3TG and its derivatives, will not support any related “conflicts.” We hereby declare the following:

　　1. Our company commits that all metals used in or contained in our products and packaging do not originate from “conflict minerals” mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries, nor from areas controlled by any armed forces within those countries.

　　2. Our company will strengthen supply chain management and establish relevant management systems and regulations to effectively identify and trace the origins of raw materials, ensuring the legality of their sources and preventing the use of conflict minerals.

　　3. Provide and require our suppliers to cooperate in providing due diligence information to ensure that our 3TG and its derivatives supply chain does not support conflict.

　　Our company strictly adheres to the state’s relevant policies on “conflicts” and seeks sustainable development together with our clients. We hereby make this formal statement.
