Zhuzhou Kingtal Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the principle of global responsibility as our company’s goal, practicing ethical procurement and promoting sustainable development throughout the industrial chain. The raw materials we procure, including 3TG and its derivatives, will not support any “conflict”-related activities. We hereby declare the following: 1. Our company commits that all metals used in or contained in our products and packaging do not originate from “conflict minerals” mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries, nor from areas controlled by any armed groups within these countries. 2. Our company will strengthen supply chain management by establishing relevant management systems and regulations to effectively identify and trace the origins of raw materials, ensuring the legality of their sources and completely eliminating the use of conflict minerals.

At 9:00 a.m. on September 23, the signing ceremony for the Kingtal Scholarship of Central South University was successfully held in Conference Room 506 of Building 31 at Central South University. Attending the ceremony were Zhang Guoshun, Chairman of Zhuzhou Kingtal Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd.; Wu Jianguo, rotating General Manager; Liu Jingzhong, Deputy Director of the R&D Department; Li Kun, Deputy Director of the Powder Metallurgy Research Institute; Gan Xueping, also a Deputy Director; Professor Zhang Li; Associate Professor Zhang Wei; Associate Professor Cheng Huichao; and Meng Shangru, Director of the Student Affairs Office. The signing ceremony was chaired by Deputy Director Gan Xueping.

The company has been recognized as a national-level green factory.

On October 19, 2018, Zhuzhou Kingtal Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. was awarded the national-level “Green Factory” title in the third batch of green manufacturing enterprises announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This makes the company the first in the cemented carbide industry and the second in Zhuzhou City to receive this honor.

The company organized a symposium for college students in 2017.

On the afternoon of July 28, the 2017 college student symposium organized by the company was held in the multi-functional hall of the Jinggangshan Conference Center in Jiangxi Province. Thirty undergraduate and graduate students who had joined the company within the past three years attended the meeting. Also present were senior company leaders—General Manager Zhang, General Manager Zhou, General Manager Wu, and the university student mentors. At the meeting, General Manager Zhang introduced the company’s development journey, organizational structure, and five-year strategic plan. General Manager Zhou provided an overview of the overall business performance and development plans for the company’s four major business segments. General Manager Wu shared insights into the company’s R&D sector as a whole and highlighted key R&D priorities. The company’s leaders expressed their deep concern and care for the college students, as well as their high regard for talent development and earnest expectations for these young professionals.
