On March 12, Zhang Guoshun, Chairman of the company, had breakfast with Chen Huiqing, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor. During this “breakfast meeting,” Chairman Zhang earnestly sought support to address three key issues: attracting top-tier talent, securing school placements for employees’ children and implementing income-tax rebate policies, accelerating the company’s land‑acquisition process, and ensuring proper maintenance of the road in front of the company as well as progress on the construction project on the adjacent Plot 989. Following the meeting, relevant departments sprang into action. On the morning of March 22, nearly ten officials from the Zhuzhou Science and Technology Bureau, the Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Industry Chain Task Force, and various functional departments of the Hetang District Government convened a “field office meeting” at the company site to discuss solutions, finalize responsibility matrices, and establish a dedicated task force. In the afternoon of March 22, nearly fifteen officials—including Xu Dawei, Deputy District Mayor of Tianyuan District; representatives from the Tianyuan District Industrial Bureau, the District Talent Office, the High‑Tech Group, the District Urban Management Bureau, the District Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau, and the District Natural Resources Bureau—held another “field office meeting” at the company premises. At the meeting, District Mayor Xu pledged to urge the relevant departments to strengthen construction oversight and ensure compliance with the company’s clean‑production standards. Regarding the Songhe plot, he announced that preparations for its public listing would be expedited, with the entire listing process expected to be completed within two months. One month has now passed since the company participated in the “Government–Enterprise Breakfast Meeting,” and the three issues it raised are being steadily and effectively resolved. Thanks to this innovative format of government–enterprise dialogue, the company has overcome challenging obstacles in its pursuit of high‑quality development, while Zhuzhou’s business environment continues to improve.
