The KP251G and KP402U grades, among others, are widely used in the rail transit sector and are carefully selected to match various factors such as the workpiece material, blank condition, machine tool condition, and machining parameters.

Kingtal specializes in train wheel machining and has long-term partnerships with leading domestic wheel manufacturers, providing comprehensive material and structural solutions for rough machining, semi-finishing, and finishing of train wheels.

Specialized grade

KP155U: High-strength matrix + thick-columnar-crystal Al2O3 coating, offering superior wear resistance and abrasion resistance, suitable for rough machining.

RW104U features a matrix with exceptionally high hot hardness and superior thermal shock resistance, making it suitable for wet semi-finishing applications.

RW054U: High-hardness substrate with a thickened columnar-grain Al2O3 coating—high wear-resistant grade, suitable for precision finishing.
